You can browse various Christian bookdealers online for books about the various promises of God and you will find literally dozens of such works. Even Amazon carries the following titles:

God's Promises for Your Every Need, NKJV: A Treasury of Scripture for Life by Thomas Nelson and A. Gill

The Promises of God Storybook Bible: The Story of God's Unstoppable Love by Jennifer Lyell (Author) and Thanos Tsilis (Illustrator)
I haven’t read any of the aforementioned books, so I cannot comment on their contents. However, anything written by Charles Spurgeon gets my unconditional seal of approval.
The key to God’s promises, however, is that some of them are unconditional and some are conditional. Among the unconditional ones are “For ‘whosoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved” (Romans 10:13); “All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out” (John 6:37); and “For He Himself has said, ‘I will never leave you nor forsake you” (Hebrews 13:5).
Among God’s conditional promises are 2 Chronicles 5:14, “if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land” and I John 1:9, “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
In other words, some of God’s promises are covenant in nature and are freely offered, freely granted, and fully guaranteed. Others are just as freely offered but are contingent upon our obedience. Make sure you know the difference so as not to presume on God and miss out on His blessings.
